The NGS Dataflow Description

Below we describe (high level) the NGS dataflow between the data provider and the healthdata.be platform.

Only the parts coloured in grey are relevant to this project: data collection is done exclusively via HD4DP, from where the data are sent to HD4RES via eHBox coding and thus flow through to the healthdata data warehouse.
The ‘actionable mutations’ within the VCF files are forwarded to the Cancer Registry Foundation via HD4BCR on the Technical Platform Registries via eHBox decoding.
