Pacemaker: Nippin database fix added in production

• Updated messages status
• Mise à jour du statut des messages « non valides » (INVALID) dans la base de données Nippin : leur nouveau statut devient « archives » (ARCHIVED) car de nouveaux messages seront créés
• Pour chaque entrée dont le statut est « non valide » ou « archives », un nouvel enregistrement devra être créé avec le statut TO_SEND ou SENT
