Pacemaker: Nippin database fix added in production

• Updated status of 'invalid' messages (INVALID) in the Nippin database: new status is 'archives' (ARCHIVED) as new messages will be created
• For each 'invalid' (INVALID) or now 'archived' (ARCHIVED) Pacemaker data entry in the database, a new record with status TO_SEND or SENT must be created
