For variable 'Year of collection' (NR_YR_COLCN), the choice option is changed to '2023' (instead of '2022')
For variable 'Reason for restop2 Lumacaftor/ivacaftor' (CD_LUMIVA_STP_REAS_3) the choice option 'Other' is added
For variables 'Reason for restop Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor' (CD_ELEXTEZIVA_STP_REAS_2) and 'Reason for restop2 Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor ' (CD_ELEXTEZIVA_STP_REAS_3) the choice option 'Unknown' is deleted
