• Changed the column Technical name (key) into the DWH technical names
• Changed destination from "Local" to HD for Date of birth and Sex
• Added destination "HD" for DT_IVA_STP_3, DT_LUMIVA_STP_3 and TX_REG_NAM
• Removed striked through errors in the TX_ERROR column (TX_ERROR_609 for DT_SWEAT_PRE_IVA, DT_SWEAT_POST_IVA, DT_SWEAT_PRE_LUMIVA, DT_SWEAT_POST_LUMIVA, DT_SWEAT_PRE_TEZIVA, DT_SWEAT_POST_TEZIVA, DT_SWEAT_PRE_ELExTEZIVA, and DT_SWEAT_POST_ELExTEZIVA)
• Updated conditions with DWH technical names where the expression is written in full
• Deleted TX_ERR_609 in the 'Validation rules' tab

These release notes are based on the updated DCD specifications (version 10)

• Added "lastbest" to DT_BEST_LUNG (field is only applicable as soon as FL_LAST_IS_BEST is completed with either Yes or No)
• Removed other non-relevant text in the 'Additional info' column
• For CD_ELEXTEZIVA_STP_REAS_2 and CD_ELEXTEZIVA_STP_REAS_3: remove the code values containing references to LUMIVA and add code values referring to ELEXTEZIVA
• Removed  "lastbest is No" from DT_BEST_LUNG to reflect the current implementation (DT_BEST_LUNG is displayed when Yes or No is answered and in the first case prefilling is applied)
• For variable 'Year of collection' (NR_YR_COLCN), the choice option is changed to '2023' (instead of '2022')
• For variable 'Reason for restop2 Lumacaftor/ivacaftor' (CD_LUMIVA_STP_REAS_3) the choice option 'Other' is added
• For variables 'Reason for restop Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor' (CD_ELEXTEZIVA_STP_REAS_2) and 'Reason for restop2 Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor ' (CD_ELEXTEZIVA_STP_REAS_3) the choice option 'Unknown' is deleted
• For variable 'Pregnancy status' (CD_PREGY_STA) the choice option 'Other' is added
• Line 1494: removed Additional info: 'meer context nodig, oorsprong staal?' as not relevant to keep this in final DCD specs
• Line 1613: removed Additional info: 'onduidelijk' as not relevanat to keep this in final DCD specs
• Conditions: removed uniqueID as this still referred to set-up in HD4DP1
• Updated program name in line with menu: 'Rare diseases' instead of 'Disease specific registries'
• Updated project code in line with new standard: HDBP0001 instead of HD0001
