How to reset a password in HD4DP v1

  • Log in using your administrator account
  • Go to the dashboard in the menu
  • Under ‘User management’ click on ‘User list’
  • Select the pencil next to the user you want to reset the password for
  • Select 'Reset password'
  • Complete a password (preferably created by a safe generator like https://passwordsgenerator.net/) in the field ‘New Password’ and repeat it ‘New password repeat’
  • Share the new password securely with the user (for example by emailing them a link created with https://password.arxus.eu/) and press 'Save'
