De BELMOD server

Binnen de desktopapplicatie van BELMOD (SCN-P-XAWBELMOD machine) gelden de volgende beperkingen voor alle gebruikers:

• geen internettoegang 
• geen toegang tot de C:\ drive
• eigenschappen van bestandsen of mappen controleren en wijzigen is niet mogelijk
• software installeren is niet mogelijk 
• de server uitschakelen en herstarten is niet mogelijk 
• copy-paste tussen de BELMOD server en de lokale machine is niet mogelijk 

Er kunnen twee type gebruikers worden onderscheiden: 

• Gebruikers van de Euromod applicatie: hebben toegang tot de Euromod Citrix applicatie.
• Gebruikers van de volledige applicatie: hebben toegang tot de BELMOD Citrix desktopapplicatie met alle vereiste applicaties (inclusief EUROMOD) – zie volledige lijst via de sectie The data analysis. 

There are also Local Administrators. They have extra privileges and have access to all the files and directories on the E:\ drive.

Note: Should the local administrators need a new project to be created, an RFI must be reported via Service Now (see section How to create and submit a request for information) with the project name, corresponding directories and users requiring access to that project and in which group(s) they need to have access to.

Note:  If new credentials are required, a local Administrator has to create and submit a Service Now ticket (see section How to create and submit a request for information) with the following information: 

• First Name. Last Name 
• Phone number 
• E-mail address
• Citrix limited user or Citrix full access user 
• User access → member of which group(s)
