Changes as compared to version 3 consist of:

  • Conversion of DCD specs to XLS form
  • Addition of extra variables in regards to post-neonatal cerebral palsy
  • Removal of variables due to the introduction of new variables
  • Adaptation of technical names
  • changes related to translation

Version 3.0.2

  • CD_VENTIL, CD_COOL and CD_IMAG: correction for "No", code 0 is implemented instead of 2. This is different from what was implemented in HD4DP1, but supports uniformity with other fields across the data collection. In general, coding in this data collection can be different from the Surveillance of Cerebral Palsy in Europe (SCPE) guidelines. Mapping to the corresponding SCPE coding is however done in a second stage, after data collection and validation.
  • Code list "YesNoTF": code values documented (row 40 + 41)
  • Code list id's have been added.
  • CodeList sheet has been removed as content is included in the “Fields” sheet.
