Authenticated user

An Authenticated User is a person who is logged in into the HD EAM system via itsme, eID ..., and who has completed a profile based on shared first name, last name, NISS code and NIHDI number. An Authenticated User can login into the application, create accounts and request access grants and change own account information.

In the following sections we have described each action of an Authenticated User end-to-end, i.e. from logging into the HD EAM Portal up to the specific action as mentioned in the User matrix.
