Log in to healthstat.be

To access the healthstat.be portal, you need to navigate to https://www.healthstat.be.

The Welcome page of the portal will appear.

Click on the user symbol at the top right of the screen, next to the flag symbol (Language selection) and the dots symbol (Support functions). Then click on Log in the pop-up text field.

The Sign in to your account screen appears. To continue the login process we distinguish between group 1, group 2 and group 3.

If you are a Belgian citizen you want to select the Belgium eID / Itsme option to continue the login procedure for Healthstat.be.

You will now be redirected to the government's Federal Authentication Service (FAS), where you can log in with one of the digital keys such as eID or itsme.

If you choose to connect via itsme, you will need to enter your cell phone number.

Follow the instructions on your mobile device via the ItsMe application.

Once you have completed the itsme login procedure, you are redirected to the healthstat.be landing page.

Select PROJECTS in the left navigation menu to display the data collections you have access to.

Select the data collection of your choice.

The relevant data collection opens. Select a report under Report title.

To consult the report and to select the report criteria, you need to authenticate again.

Non-Belgian citizens can only access healthstat.be through Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

First time login

Select the option Multi Factor Authentication:

The first time you will be prompted to create a password.

After providing a correct password that matches the policies, a verification e-mail is send to your e-mail address:

Click on the link in the e-mail to finalise the login process and to activate your account:

Regular Login

Select the option Multi Factor Authentication:

Use your e-mail address to login:

Enter your password:

You now receive a Healthdata verification code in your e-mailbox. Enter it in the respective field below:
