Since the Self-Service Portal is installed isolated on the installation of an Organization, there is no automated e-mail capability present. Whenever the User Manager or DP Manager resets the password for the member, a random password is being generated which needs to be communicated to members manually by e-mail.
Click on Manage, then on Groups. Select “OnboardingTestGroup”:
Select “OnboardingTestGroup” à tab “Members”
- Select the member in the column “list” à tab “edit”
- Complete the form with the current and new password
However it seems to me that the text in the form does not match (enter the password in both fields and only 1 is shown)
