General description of the application Self-Service Portal

The HD4DP2 Self-Service Portal is an application developed by healthdata.be. It allows the user to maintain certain configurations of HD4DP2.0.

This software solution is not limited to P12 certificate maintenance, but can be extended with other features such as metrics delivery, allowance of certain data exports etc. All actions performed in the Self-Service Portal should be multi-tenant or isolated from other organizations.

To be able to support this kind of portal, admin users are needed on the portal to allow them to upload their certificate. Therefore 1 user is needed for maintenance of the user accounts on the portal.

The user can only do CRUD operations on the user list and link the user to a certain DataProvider which is linked in our MDM database. The MDM database is the single source of truth.

The ICT admin user is able to see only the portal of the organization that is assigned to him.
