• Code list "YesNoTF": code values documented (row 40 + 41)
• CD_VENTIL, CD_COOL and CD_IMAG: correction for "No", code 0 instead of 2 (in line with other fields with these code list options)
• Added code list id's.
• Remove the “CodeList” sheet as content is included in the “Fields” sheet.
