Healthdata.be (Sciensano) behandelt elke aanvraag volgens een standard operating procedure (SOP). Een publiek beschikbare uitgave van deze SOP, het "HD Request Management Process", is eveneens beschikbaar op ons documentatieportaal docs.healthdata.be.

To submit request, you must first log into the HD Service and Support portal: https://sciensano.service-now.com/sp

This portal currently facilitates following request types:

• Request for new project with HD
• Request access to a HD application
• Request for infrastructure by HD
• Request for information about HD
