March 6th, 2024

The Diagnosis field (CD_DIAGS) for the DCDs Revision and Resection contains the SNOMED CT code "15970001000004108" for "periprosthetic fracture femur" (code list DISORDER_74).

The upload of the choice options linked to the SNOMED CT code via MS Excel has caused a rounding error, resulting in the code changing to "15970001000004100". Integration of this incorrect code (ending in -00) into your systems needs to be rectified with the correct SNOMED CT code (ending in -08).

As from the 19th of March, 2024 the correct code will be available in our systems. After a transition period of one month, the incorrect code will be deactivated on the 16th of April, 2024. In case of registrations via CSV Upload or S2S API with the incorrect code after this period, an error message will be sent back to the registrar.
