In the file below you can find the Data Collection Definition (DCD) of the project "Initiative for quality improvement and epidemiology in diabetes (IQED)". It is a detailed description of the content of two DCDs

• Participation

with field names, formats, values, validation rules, help texts, error messages, translations... These specifications were used to build the forms and csv files for this project, which you also can find in this project manual.
