General description of the Self-Service Portal application

The HD4DP2 Self-Service Portal (SSP), developed by healthdata.be, is meant for technical users of multi-tenant installations, to manage uploading / validating and merging of p12 certificates and some technical status information. In future, the implementation of additional features such as delivery of metrics and certain data exports is being considered.

Following security and privacy requirements, the SSP is installed and isolated locally on the data provider's server in order to communicate with the local version of HD4DP2.0. The SSP is deployed to the required multi-tenant installation and then managed by the designated local technical users, as sensitive information (certificates) is involved.
