Het gegevensbeheerproces van de projecten Barometer for General Practice

Hieronder beschrijven we (op hoog niveau) het databeheerproces van de GPBARO-projecten tussen de huisartsenpraktijk en het healthstat.be-platform van healthdata.be.

De verschillende stappen in het gegevensbeheerproces: 

1. Data is captured by the GP in their usual care management environment 

2. The EMD software vendor transmits the relevant data to the eHealthbox environment 

3. eHealthbox collects the data in a generic format 

4. The messages are extracted from eHealth and loaded to the HD DWH environment, where treatment of the data through the data layers is done. 

5. HD extracts the necessary data from the ehealth messages and injects them into the DWH external DB environment for the Diabetes Barometer 

6. GP’s access the reports of their own practice through a SSO solution integrated in their EMD.
