MORPHOLOGY

This code list contains SNOMED CT coded morphologic abnormalities (semantic tag “morphologic abnormality”). This list is not exhaustive and can be supplemented as needed, depending on the data collection use. (Internal codes may exist in case of clinical terms which can’t be coded with SNOMED CT).
