The NRC Data Collection Definition (HDBP0041)

In de onderstaande bestanden vindt u de specificaties van de datacollectie (DCD, data collection definition) van de respectieve NRC registers. Het betreft een gedetailleerde beschrijving van de inhoud van twee DCD's:

• Laboratory test result
• Clinical and epidemiological data

Voorbeeld (Salmonella):

met hd, settings, survey, choices (inclusief algemene codelijsten) change log ... Deze specificaties werden gebruikt voor het opstellen van de formulieren, csv's en API's in dit project welke u ook in deze projecthandleiding kunt vinden. Een gedetailleerde gids over de XLSForm standaard vindt u hier.

Daarnaast vindt u hier meer gedetailleerde informatie over de codes en de formaten die worden gebruikt voor de Author group, SSIN-code, Status, Postcode, “Datum” - “Datum:Tijd”, herhaalbare velden en meerkeuzevelden.
