Welcome to the documentation pages for the application "Service and Support portal", called Jira Service Management (JSM) portal, the new IT Service Management tool provided by the service healthdata.be (Sciensano).

These pages provide information about the use of the Jira Service Management portal and the processes behind.

N.B.: As of November 26, 2025 04.00 pm, users will no longer be able to make new tickets in Service Now, our previous and discontinued portal. Any ticket created before this date will however remain active, users will still receive updates and will be able to consult their tickets.
