Les fournisseurs de données ont la possibilité d'envoyer des données TDI à Sciensano de deux manières :
MÉTHODE 1 : Manuellement, via une simple interface web
Ce système est conçu pour les centres qui :
- ne disposent pas de leur propre système d'enregistrement des données des patients, ou
- ne sont pas en mesure d'adapter leur système aux exigences du système TDI
Accédez à l'interface web en saisissant l'URL suivante dans votre navigateur Internet : https://lime.healthdata.be.
Vous serez redirigé vers le Federal Authentication Service (FAS) du gouvernement, où vous pourrez vous connecter avec plusieurs clés numériques avec l'eID ou l'identité numérique.
Si vous choisissez de vous connecter via itsme, vous devrez saisir votre numéro de téléphone portable.
Suivez les instructions sur votre appareil mobile via l'application itsme.
Une fois que vous avez suivi la procédure de connexion itsme, vous devez sélectionner le bouton de confirmation vert (disponible en FR et NL) dans l'écran ci-dessous pour accéder à l'environnement Sciensano.

Sélectionnez le bouton de confirmation vert (« Profiel bevestigen » or « Confirmer le profil ») pour vous connecter.
Vous arrivez sur la page LimeSurvey où vous devez sélectionner le formulaire souhaité.
You will be asked to enter a token in order to open the survey. If you didn’t received the token or have forgotten it, please email TDI@sciensano.be for assistance.
Select the language in which you want to complete the survey and click on Next (Continuer / Ga verder).
The survey appears on your screen. (see image further below).Complete the survey by selecting the applicable answers.
When you need to interrupt completing the survey, you can finish it later (1). Retrieve it at a point of time that suits you (2).
When the survey is completed and you are satisfied with the answers, you can send it by clicking on the Send button (Envoyer / Verzenden).
METHOD 2: By batch, via the deposit module.
The deposit module is a secure e-mail box, in the form of a standardised annual data file.
This system is intended for centres that have a patient registration system that is fully adapted to the requirements of the TDI system. The centre is then responsible for ensuring that the registration system is compliant and operational, as well as for all aspects of the TDI system.
