• Addition of three cement codes (code CN0094 added to code list CEMENT_NAME_81, codes CN0093 and CN0095 added to code list CEMENT_NAME_83)
• Within the Total Femur/revision registry, in the section 'Tibiale interface', the condition ‘if CD_REV_IMPLANT_PARTS =  71341001 (Bone structure of femur)  OR 12611008 (Bone structure of tibia)’ from field 'Opvullen botdefect' was removed because it was redundant on this field given the presence of the condition on the section 'Tibial interface' (if CD_REV_IMPLANT_PARTS = 12611008 (Bone structure of tibia)'. There is no change in implementation in HD4DP2.
