    • Editorial change in line with HD4DP1 implementation: reference list, PHYSICIAN for CD_RIZIV_TREAT_PHYS , RIZIV for CD_DATA_PROV_INSTAL (instead of HCP), CAMPUS for CD_SITE (instead of SITE), POSTAL_CODE for CD_PAT_PLC_RESDC (instead of PLACE_OF_RESIDENCE);
    • Similar updates in choices sheet;
    • Listed choice_filter more clear;
    • Replaced TX_BUSINESS_KEY by uniqueID (destination::hd TRUE and ttp removed);
    • Name::technical: CD_PAT_HFAE_DIAGS contained two spaces which are removed now.
