• “Diagnosis: ICD-O-code”: updated help text "Definitive diagnosis described using the morphology code assigned to the disease in the ICD-O-3 (Second Revision Morphology) classification."

Version 5.1.1

• Change to the way code lists are displayed. There is a column ‘Additional Info’ in the DCD which now features a link to a page on docs.healthdata.be: https://docs.healthdata.be/documentation/hd4dp2-code-lists/hd4dp2-code-lists/ containing all the updated code lists. This also has resulted in the individual sheets featuring code list content covering; PLACE_OF_RESIDENCE, COUNTRY, ORPHA and HPO being removed, to further streamline the overall structure.
• Orpha code list content has been updated on the code list page on docs.healthdata.be (https://docs.healthdata.be/documentation/hd4dp2-code-lists/hd4dp2-code-lists/ ).
