Indicator	The Service is considered to be available when the following test is correctly executed: verify “health” of following Docker container is “up”: • Hd-connect nextgen Planned interventions executed by healthdata.be within the Maintenance Window are not recorded as unavailable time. Planned or unplanned interventions executed by healthcare organization are not recorded as unavailable time.

Measuring method	The availability of the service is measured using Telegraf, a plugin-driven server agent for collecting and sending metrics and events from databases and systems. The availability of the service is measured in the production environment of the service. The availability of the service is measured by executing the test scripts every minute. When the script is executed with the status “success”, the test “passed”. When the status is different from “success”, the test “failed”.
Calculation	A. select results of all executed test scripts and group by test date between the first day of a month at 00:00 hours until the last day of that same month at 23:59 hours; B. exclude results of all executed test scripts during downtime that result from events defined as “Out of scope” of the MSA and the present SLA: the count of remaining tests is the “Total Tests”; C. calculate the total number of tests that resulted in a status “success” within the same timeframe : “Passed Tests”; D. calculate % of “Passed Tests” from “Total Tests”; E. report % for each month of the reporting year.
