ICT Information Session 2023.05.15INVITATION
Dear Sir, Madam,
I hope that this mail finds you doing well.
The reason that I’m reaching out to you is as follows; Healthdata is organizing a general info session for hospital IT staff covering a number of issues which have been flagged (documentation availability, user account issues, MyCareNet situation and the lack of a test environment).
With this in mind, I was hoping you can attend this meeting. (Webex details have been added at the end of the mail)
It will also give you an opportunity to direct any questions that you might have towards us.
The session will be split into the following sections:
- Intro – a brief explanation of why this meeting is being organized and the issues which hospitals have flagged
- Test Environment – a presentation on our newly-launched test environment which I’m sure you will all find very interesting.
- Technical Documentation – presentation covering technical documentation including planned releases of updated documents
- Account issues / EAM – presentation on the current state of affairs, our ticket backlog, common issues which have been reported, actions taken to improve the service, the direction the EAM is going in with the aim of improving user experience.
- MyCareNet – short update on where we stand with MyCareNet implementation
- Q&A
