Below we describe the procedure of logging in to the acceptance environment of the HD4DP v1 application in order to upload a csv file.

1. Go to the URL https://hd4dp-acc.healthdata.be/.

2. Select your organization. If your organization is not in the list, please request it via our service portal: Jira Service Management (JSM) portal.

3. Enter the correct credentials (username and password) and click on the Log in button. If you don't have the necessary credentials, please request them via our service portal: Jira Service Management (JSM) portal.

4. Click on the Upload center tab on top.

5. In the left Data collections panel scroll down and select the active version of the desired register.

6. Next, click on the "New upload" button at the top-right corner.

7. Drag and drop the file to upload, or browse for it on your device. Subsequently, click on the Start upload button.
