Data Collection Definition

In the overview below you can find the files with the Data Collection Definition (DCD) specifications per NRC. These represent detailed descriptions of the three types of data collections :

• Laboratory test result
• Laboratory test result WGS meta
• Clinical and epidemiological data

Please note that an additional data collection from genomic data within be.Prepared is set-up under Laboratory test result BioIT. However, this data collection represents an indirect data collection (through the deposit of genomic data) and will not be registered via HD4DP v2.0. Therefore, no detailed information is provided here on this data collection. The data collection specifications were used to build the forms, csv's, and API's for this project, which you also can find in this project manual.
